Stable project with prospects for continuity A community pharmacy located in the **Eastern Zone of Lisbon** is recruiting a **Pharmacist** to join a dynamic team and assume an active role in developing pharmacy operations. We seek a professional with prior experience in community pharmacy, strong interpersonal skills, and enthusiasm for driving promotional campaigns, introducing new products, and supporting sustainable business growth. **Key Responsibilities:** * Provide pharmaceutical care and technical counseling to patients; * Deliver personalized follow-up to enhance differentiated patient experience; * Promote and support advisory sales of health, wellness, and dermocosmetic products; * Participate in the implementation of promotional campaigns and activities; * Identify opportunities for improvement and introduction of new product categories; * Contribute to achieving pharmacy objectives; * Collaborate in daily team organization and operations. **Desired Profile:** * Integrated Master’s Degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences; * Valid registration with the Portuguese Pharmaceutical Society; * Prior experience in community pharmacy; * Interest in the commercial aspects linked to pharmaceutical counseling; * Initiative and results-oriented mindset; * Strong communication and interpersonal skills; * Dynamic, proactive, and team-oriented profile. **What We Offer:** * Integration into a pharmacy that encourages active participation and idea implementation; * Structured and well-organized working hours; * Closed on Sundays; * Only **one Saturday per month** required; * Closing time at **8:00 PM**; * Attractive remuneration; * Quarterly bonus scheme; * Opportunity for professional growth and development; * Stable project with prospects for continuity.
