This is an excellent opportunity for professionals aiming to advance their careers within a dynamic and challenging environment while contributing to the development of essential energy infrastructure. **Key Responsibilities:** * Supervise and manage all phases of civil works at electrical substations, ensuring compliance with deadlines, budgets, and quality standards. * Coordinate and lead site teams, fostering a safe, productive, and collaborative work environment. * Ensure strict compliance with Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) regulations on site. * Manage planning, scheduling, and control of all civil works activities. * Monitor construction progress, identify potential risks, and implement timely corrective actions. * Ensure effective communication among all stakeholders, including the client (E\-Redes), subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams. * Prepare progress reports, photographic reports, and all required technical documentation. * Manage material and human resources allocated to the project. * Conduct inspections and surveys to ensure work quality and compliance. * Manage and optimize project costs, ensuring adherence to the approved budget. **Requirements:** * **Academic Qualifications:** Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering. * **Professional Experience:** Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in Civil Works Director roles. * **Specific Experience:** Experience in works at Electrical Substations will be a significant advantage. * **Knowledge:** Solid expertise in civil construction project management, planning, budgeting, and site control. * **Competencies:** Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills. * **Languages:** Proficiency in Portuguese (spoken and written). * **Location:** Willingness to work on-site, specifically in the Fafe area and the North region of Portugal. * **Contract Duration:** Expected duration of 12 months, with commencement scheduled for August 2026\. * **Availability:** Flexibility for standard working hours (40 hours per week, Monday to Friday). **We Offer:** * Opportunity to join a solid and growing corporate group. * Participation in strategically important projects for the energy sector. * Compensation commensurate with demonstrated experience. * A professional and stimulating work environment. **If you meet the requirements and are seeking a new professional challenge where you can apply and further develop your civil works expertise, please submit your application!**
