Therefore, we seek talent for our teams who: * Contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment. * Are eager to grow professionally and committed to their own development. * Are proactive and persistent, taking responsibility for their tasks. **About the Position** Eninter is seeking an Elevator Maintenance Technician to strengthen its team, tasked with ensuring flawless operation of elevators of any brand through preventive and corrective maintenance in a mixed-area zone. **Job Mission** Under the supervision of the Maintenance Supervisor, the technician will be responsible for maintaining elevators in the assigned zone in optimal working condition, ensuring quality and safety in every intervention. **Main Responsibilities** * Perform preventive elevator maintenance according to the company's operational protocol, visiting monthly the equipment in the assigned zone as required by current legislation. * Carry out minor repairs and correctly use the Eninter Mobile application. * Perform corrective maintenance, efficiently diagnosing and repairing faults, including emergency response and rescue of trapped individuals, following established protocols. * Resolve multi-brand faults and complete technical reports and work logs after each intervention via Eninter Mobile. * Periodically perform on-call / standby shifts. * Conduct regulatory inspections and tests, ensuring compliance with safety standards, accompanying the inspection body's engineer and participating in the corresponding inspection report. * Participate in all continuous training activities scheduled at Eninter Academy and stay updated on various elevator brands (Otis, Schindler, TKE, Orona, among others). * Complete the annual categorization examination. * Serve as a role model for newer technicians in the team. * Ensure respectful, professional, and clear communication with clients during all interventions. **What We Offer** * Integration into a strong and growing team, with structured initial training. * Continuous training plan through Eninter Academy. * Proprietary digital tools (Eninter Mobile) to simplify fieldwork. * Opportunity for professional progression and development within the company. **Interested?** Submit your application and join the Eninter team!
