Candidate Profile / Job Description: Perform activities inherent to the Senior Technician career, as defined in the annexed table referred to in Article 88, paragraph 2 of the LTFP, corresponding to Complexity Level 3, including the following functions and behavioral competencies: * Preparation of studies and projects whose uniqueness justifies specific intervention, as well as supervision of the related works (sports facilities, social facilities, cultural facilities, heritage facilities, public spaces, as well as stabilization of retaining walls); * Preparation, appraisal, and issuance of opinions on projects, intervention plans, guiding studies and territorial planning, Waste Management and Construction and Demolition Waste Prevention Plans; * Promotion of studies and projects contributing to the recovery and maintenance of built structures, including structural analysis and diagnosis, pathology assessment, and definition of intervention methodologies; * Planning of projects, coordination with other specialties, and provision of technical assistance during construction; * Works supervision, financial management, inspection, preparation and verification of site records, technical assistance during construction, works management, error and omission handling, and promotion and inauguration of completed works; * Supervision and inspection of ongoing actions, as well as technical evaluation and diagnostic assessment of facility conditions during warranty and usage phases; * Other tasks related to supervision of projects and public works, as well as coordination with infrastructure concessionaires; * Preparation of summary studies and projects regarding traffic signage and supervision of related implementation works; * Preparation of technical information and opinions regarding traffic signage, parking concessions, and public road occupation.
