If you love making things happen… this opportunity is for you! **Your main responsibilities:** Plan loads and monitor services Serve as the daily point of contact with drivers Resolve unforeseen issues quickly and effectively Update traffic managers on operational status Analyze complaints and cargo shortages Ensure accurate invoicing of service providers Update logistical support records in the system **What we’re looking for in you:** Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Knowledge of routes, driving times, and legislation (a plus!)
