Burger King is currently recruiting a Curricular Intern to join the Human Resources Department in the Recruitment and Selection area, as part of a mandatory internship for degree completion/other purposes.
We aim to provide hands-on experience in a real-world work environment, enabling the development of technical and behavioral competencies in HR, with a focus on talent attraction, selection, and onboarding processes.
Main Responsibilities:
* Support recruitment and selection processes (resume screening, candidate outreach, interview scheduling);
* Posting and managing job advertisements across various platforms;
* Assisting with interviews and selection activities;
* Updating candidate databases;
* Supporting onboarding and integration of new employees;
* Administrative tasks inherent to the HR function.

Requirements:
* Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Human Resources, Psychology, Management, Sociology, or related fields;
* Mandatory curricular internship aligned with academic curriculum (mandatory requirement);
* Interest in Recruitment and Selection;
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
* Organizational ability, sense of responsibility, and confidentiality;
* Proficiency in computer tools (MS Office);
* Availability for a 3- to 6-month internship;
* On-site working arrangement;
