A company that values diversity and equal opportunities FUNCTION: Perform preventive and corrective maintenance interventions on industrial equipment to ensure operational continuity; Diagnose faults and carry out repairs on mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic equipment; Plan and implement automation improvements and production process optimization; Use technical drawings, electrical schematics, and equipment manuals to perform repairs and improvements; Support the installation and configuration of new equipment and automated solutions; Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and best practice standards throughout all activities. REQUIREMENTS: Technical or higher education in Industrial Mechanics, Automation, Mechatronics, or related fields; Valid driver's license and availability to travel between factories; At least 2 years of experience in industrial maintenance; experience in the food industry is preferred; Solid knowledge of industrial automation and ability to identify improvement opportunities; Proficiency in interpreting technical drawings and electrical schematics; Ability to efficiently solve problems and make evidence-based decisions; Responsible, organized profile with a strong team-oriented mindset.
