Promotes equal opportunities FUNCTION: Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on industrial equipment to ensure continuous operational availability; Identify and repair faults in mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic machines and systems; Develop, plan, and implement automation solutions and improvements to production processes; Analyze technical drawings, electrical schematics, and equipment manuals to perform repairs and optimizations; Support the installation and configuration of new automated equipment and systems; Ensure strict compliance with safety and quality standards at all stages of the production process. REQUIREMENTS: Technical or higher education degree in Industrial Mechanics, Automation, Mechatronics, or a related field; Valid driver's license and willingness to travel between factories; Minimum 2 years of experience in industrial maintenance, preferably in the food industry; In-depth knowledge of industrial automation systems and ability to propose and implement improvements; Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings and electrical schematics; Problem-solving and decision-making skills; Strong sense of responsibility, organizational ability, and teamwork spirit.
