A dynamic, demanding, and constantly evolving work environment The Receitas d'Avó Group, located in Arruda dos Vinhos, is recruiting a Food Engineer to join a ready-to-eat meal production facility, within a dynamic, demanding, and constantly evolving environment. **Main Responsibilities:** * Implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the IFS standard. * Development and updating of product technical specifications. * Monitoring of the production process, ensuring compliance with quality and food safety standards. * Active participation in internal and external audits. * Supporting operational teams in resolving non-conformities and improving processes. * Contributing to the development of new products. * Delivering training in food safety and occupational health and safety (OHS). **Requirements:** * Higher education degree in Food Engineering or a related field. * Experience in the food industrial sector, preferably in ready meals or similar products. * Knowledge of implementing and maintaining the IFS standard. * Professional Aptitude Certificate * Resilient, organized, and problem-solving oriented profile. * Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team. **What We Value** * Proactivity and critical thinking. * Ability to adapt to fast-paced environments. * Willingness to learn and grow within the company. **Working Hours:** 10:00–19:00 (40 hours per week, Monday to Friday) **Start Date:** Immediate * Salary commensurate with demonstrated experience * Career progression opportunities within a solid company with a dynamic team * Integration into a stable project **If you match the desired profile, please send your application to rdacandidaturas@gmail.com and join our team!** Employment Type: Full-time Work Location: On-site
