Opportunity for professional development An international company, a leader in the construction sector with global operations, is seeking a Business Development Officer to join the team responsible for developing and presenting commercial proposals in the Heavy Lifting area. Work Location: Benavente, Portugal. Position Type: Full-time. Key Responsibilities: * Develop and present commercial proposals; * Negotiate with clients and suppliers; * Develop projects; * Visit construction sites and domestic/international clients; * Prepare reports; * Collaborate with various departments on data structuring and automation; * Propose improvements to reporting and business intelligence processes. Requirements: * Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering. Technical Skills: * Proficiency in MS Excel; * Proficiency in AutoCAD; * Proficiency in MS Project. Experience: * Minimum of one year in construction. Personal Skills: * Excellent communication and teamwork skills; * Proactivity, autonomy, and ability to work under pressure; * Analytical ability and attention to detail.
