Job Summary: We are looking for a Multiskilled Maintenance Technician with experience in buildings to handle complaints, resolve breakdowns, and maintain spaces in impeccable condition. As a Multiskilled Maintenance Technician, you will join an organization with nearly 30 years of experience in building management and maintenance, providing services to residential, commercial, and industrial developments. Where will you work? In the center of Lisbon. What will your responsibilities be? Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on electrical installations, plumbing, and minor general repairs; Carry out light carpentry interventions (door adjustments, locks, hinges, alignments, etc.); Support maintenance of building equipment and infrastructure; Identify intervention needs and report anomalies; Ensure conservation of common areas and support minor internal works. Manage complaints regarding building maintenance. What do you need to join this project? Experience in similar roles; Knowledge in Maintenance / Electricity, Plumbing, and Carpentry; Punctuality and sense of responsibility; Communication skills and enthusiasm for teamwork; Immediate availability. What do we offer? Direct contract with the client, fixed-term for 6 months, renewable; Base salary commensurate with professional experience; Meal allowance: €6; Transport pass reimbursement; Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
