Opportunities for professional development and growth Work Location A\-dos\-Cunhados \- Torres Vedras Frutas Patrícia Pilar seeks to strengthen its Procurement Department by integrating a Procurement and Services Technician (M/F). We seek an experienced professional with strong negotiation skills and a results-oriented mindset, capable of ensuring efficient management of procurement processes and contributing to optimizing the company's supply chain. Main Responsibilities * Management and negotiation with national and international suppliers; * Planning and execution of purchases according to company needs; * Monitoring of prices, quality, delivery deadlines, and service levels; * Management of contracts, commercial agreements, and supply terms; * Coordination with logistics, quality, planning, and sales departments; * Market analysis and identification of cost-optimization opportunities. Required Profile Mandatory Requirements * Minimum 3–5 years of experience in procurement roles; * Good knowledge of English; * Proficiency in computer tools; * Strong negotiation skills and results orientation. Preferred Qualifications * Knowledge of additional languages; * Analytical ability; * Autonomy and sense of responsibility; * Team spirit and strong communication skills. Contractual and Remuneration Conditions (Pursuant to Directive (EU) 2023/970\) * Employment contract compliant with applicable legislation; * Application of the Administrative Workers’ Working Conditions Decree; * Reference professional category: Procurement and Services Technician; * Monthly base salary: €1,000–€1,500, depending on relevant experience, demonstrated autonomy, applicable education, and suitability for the role; * Meal allowance: €6 per day effectively worked; * Possibility of professional advancement based on objective criteria, including performance, training, experience, autonomy, responsibility, and company needs. The indicated remuneration complies with the minimum wage table of the applicable Collective Labour Agreement (CLA), with positioning within the defined range determined by objective and gender-neutral criteria.
