The **Misericórdia Vila Franca de Xira** (MVFX) has been fulfilling its role as a promoter of various local social responses: Residential Care Facilities for the Elderly, Day Centers, Home Support Services, and Social Support. The expansion of MVFX’s existing social support network, along with its entry into the healthcare sector—marked by the construction of a new Health Campus—has created the need to recruit new professionals, expand current teams, restructure the organization’s strategic framework, and consolidate the Institution’s corporate policy.
