Job Summary: Transfor is seeking a Junior Procurement Technician to strengthen its Procurement Department, responsible for analyzing proposals, identifying suppliers, managing purchase orders, and ensuring optimization of procurement processes. As part of our expansion and growth initiative, we aim to reinforce the Procurement Department by hiring a Junior Procurement Technician (m/f). Reporting to the Procurement Department, the successful candidate will be primarily responsible for: * Analyzing and evaluating supplier proposals; * Conducting market research and identifying potential suppliers; * Managing the entire process related to external inquiries; * Placing purchase orders and ensuring their follow-up; * Ensuring documentation management for procurement processes; * Collaborating in implementing continuous improvements to internal procurement processes; * Coordinating and monitoring supply flow to meet internal customers' needs; * Contributing to the acquisition of materials and services at optimal price, quality, and delivery terms. We are looking for professionals with the following profile: * Completed secondary education (12th grade) or higher education degree in Civil Engineering, Industrial Management, or a related field; * Minimum of 1 year of professional experience in procurement, logistics, or administrative roles within construction projects; * User-level proficiency in Microsoft Office tools; * Strong organizational and planning skills; * Ability to manage priorities and meet deadlines; * Good communication and negotiation skills; * Dynamism, proactivity, and a strong sense of responsibility.
