We are supporting a growing civil construction company headquartered in the Almada region, which aims to strengthen its technical team by integrating a Civil Engineer – Construction Project Management and Supervision. This is a role with a strong operational component, involving construction project management and team leadership, within a dynamic, young, and growing organizational structure. **Main Responsibilities:** Plan, coordinate, and supervise ongoing construction projects; Manage internal teams and coordinate subcontractors; Monitor project deadlines, quality, and costs; Ensure coordination with clients, suppliers, and other stakeholders on site; Identify and resolve on-site issues; Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards; Support negotiation and closure of business opportunities related to ongoing projects. **Required Profile:** Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering; Experience in construction project supervision, management, or direction; Strong knowledge of team management and subcontractor coordination; Valid driver’s license; Willingness and ability to travel and provide on-site project supervision; Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills; Dynamic, proactive, and problem-solving oriented profile; Leadership capability, resilience under pressure, and results-driven mindset; Flexibility and availability to meet the operational requirements of the role; If you are looking for a new challenge in Civil Engineering—featuring direct involvement in construction projects, team leadership, and growth opportunities—submit your application.
