Job Summary: We are seeking an Instructional Designer to design, develop, and adapt pedagogical content for online training in digital skills, ensuring quality and alignment with learning objectives. We are looking for an Instructional Designer, with a primary focus on digital skills, to join our team. This professional will be responsible for designing, developing, adapting, and reviewing pedagogical content and resources for online or eLearning training for adults, ensuring their technical, pedagogical, functional quality, and alignment with learning objectives. ###### **Responsibilities:** * Design, develop, adapt, and review pedagogical content and resources in the area of digital skills for online or eLearning formats; * Apply instructional design principles in creating interactive, practical, and competency-oriented learning experiences focused on digital skills; * Develop technical-pedagogical frameworks, session plans, manuals, presentations, activity sheets, exercises, scripts, storyboards, and learning assessment tools; * Analyze technical content and transform it into clear, accessible, and appropriate training resources for adult audiences with varying levels of digital proficiency; * Design activities, simulations, practical case studies, application exercises, quizzes, and assessments aligned with defined pedagogical objectives. **Core Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Education/Training, Educational Sciences, Communication, Multimedia, Design, Information Systems, Computer Science, Management, Psychology, Sociology, or equivalent fields; * Pedagogical Competence Certificate — CCP for Trainers; * Experience creating training materials for online or eLearning formats; * Knowledge of instructional design, adult learning methodologies, and training pathway design; * Experience adapting and structuring pedagogical content for LMS platforms or digital learning environments; * Excellent written and oral communication skills, organization, attention to detail, autonomy, problem-solving ability, and collaborative work; * Ability to manage multiple tasks, coordinate with various stakeholders, and ensure the pedagogical, technical, and functional quality of produced content. **Employee Benefits:** * Health insurance * Organizational routine flexibility * Training and certifications * Employee Support Program (covering 5 areas, including psychology) * Birthday and seniority gifts * Monthly Happy Hour * Benefits Portal with attractive offers
