Requirements * Higher education degree in **Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or equivalent field**; * Minimum **5 years of professional experience**; * Proven experience in **industrial environments**, preferably in industrial maintenance; * Good knowledge of **Portuguese and English**; * Ability to diagnose and resolve technical problems; * Organizational, planning, and maintenance work supervision skills; * Strong communication and interpersonal relationship skills; * Team spirit and ability to integrate into multidisciplinary teams; * Leadership, team coordination, and management capability; * Sense of responsibility, autonomy, and results orientation. Responsibilities * Supervision and coordination of electrical and electronic maintenance activities; * Fault diagnosis and technical problem resolution support; * Planning and supervision of maintenance interventions; * Coordination with technical teams and factory supervisors; * Ensuring compliance with quality and safety procedures; * Technical support to field maintenance teams.
