Great cocktails and a curated quality wine list complete the experience, creating a place made for long evenings, music, and shared pleasure. **Key Responsibilities** · Deliver polished, attentive, and friendly service with natural warmth and confident body language. · Anticipate guest needs and take initiative to create memorable experiences. · Take food and beverage orders accurately and input them correctly into the POS for kitchen and bar. · Ensure tables, stations, and mise-en-place are perfectly prepared before each service. · Recommend and upsell dishes and beverages in a natural and engaging way. · Ensure full compliance with HACCP and food safety standards.
