Job Summary: We are seeking an organized, responsible, and proactive individual to support the operational management of various Italian food & beverage outlets in Lisbon. Key Highlights: 1. Dynamic work environment and active participation in the project A growing Italian food & beverage group is looking for an organized, responsible, and proactive individual to support the operational management of various outlets in Lisbon. Main Responsibilities: * Support for daily operational management of various outlets * Stock control, order management, and HACCP procedures * Team supervision and support in onboarding new employees * Communication with suppliers and resolution of operational needs * Identification of issues and implementation of organizational improvements * Regular presence across the group's various outlets and provision of operational support whenever required We are looking for someone who is: * Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented * Capable of solving problems independently * Strong communicator with excellent teamwork skills * Motivated to grow and take on responsibilities * Resident in the Lisbon area (preferably near Arroios) Previous experience in food & beverage, hospitality, or similar operational roles is highly valued. Salary: €1,300.00 – €1,800.00 per month Experience: * Food & Beverage / Hospitality: 3 years (Mandatory) Language: * Fluent Portuguese (Mandatory) Work Location: On-site
