Dynamic, supportive team certified as a Great Place To Work Power BI Published on 15/06/2026 VIE / SII Portugal **MISSION** ----------- *Want to launch your career in an international and stimulating environment?* *Join SII through the VIE program and experience a unique human and technological journey!* **YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES** As a Financial Controller, you will join the international finance team and participate in operational monitoring and financial activity analysis. You will operate in an international environment, managing a multi-country scope: Switzerland, Italy, Portugal. Your role will focus on two main areas: **1\. FINANCIAL CONTROL** **Closing Management** * Monthly and quarterly collection, validation, and analysis of activity data (P\&L) * Development and validation of annual and quarterly budgets * Performance analysis and implementation of corrective actions (activity, billing, costs, margins, forecasts, cash flow) * Monthly summary and communication of results to senior management * Coordination with Group accounting teams and subsidiary support teams (Finance, Payroll, Business, IT…) * Active participation in the accounting internalization project for Portugal and Italy, in collaboration with local and Group teams **Analysis** * Entity performance analysis and implementation of improvement initiatives * Monitoring and control of revenue, FAE, FNP, margins, OPEX, and CAPEX * Conducting cost audits of subsidiaries * Monitoring of working capital requirements (BFR), days sales outstanding (DSO), cash flow, and subsidiary debt levels **2\. OPERATIONAL CONTROL** **Continuous Improvement** * Ensuring reliability of non-financial data (e.g., headcount tracking) * Production and enhancement of financial reports (results, forecasts, cash flow) * Development of reporting dashboards and key performance indicators (KPIs) * Monitoring and deployment of new analytical tools (margins, performance), notably via Power BI **Ad Hoc Contributions** * Contribution to cross-functional projects and initiatives aimed at improving the international zone * Participation in acquisition projects * Contribution to ad hoc audits (P\&L, balance sheet) **PROFILE** ---------- **YOUR PROFILE** * Master’s degree (Business School, Master in Accounting and Finance, or DSCG) * Excellent command of English, French, and Portuguese. * First professional experience in auditing or management control * Strong analytical, organizational, and listening skills * Commitment, rigor, dynamism, responsiveness, and ambition **WHY JOIN US?** * A high-value-added experience in multi-country financial management and transformation within an international context * A genuine springboard for rapid career progression * A dynamic, supportive team certified as a Great Place To Work *Ready to take on new challenges in a stimulating environment?
