The professional will be responsible for the following tasks: * Lead the Quality and Environmental Team on Site; * Implement environmental control on site, ensuring compliance with applicable legal, regulatory and contractual requirements; * Implement the quality management system on site, including procedures, records and performance indicators; * Prepare technical reports, environmental management plans and other supporting documentation for environmental activities; * Identify and propose preventive and corrective measures to mitigate environmental impacts; * Conduct internal and external audits and inspections; * Collaborate with project teams and contractors in implementing environmental best practices; * Provide technical support to site teams in interpreting and applying quality requirements; * Promote quality culture among operational teams; * Raise environmental awareness among site teams. **Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Engineering (preferred), Civil Engineering, or equivalent technical field; * Minimum of 10 years’ professional experience in similar roles; * Solid knowledge of national and EU environmental legislation applicable to the construction sector; * Strong understanding of standards and best practices related to quality management in the construction sector; * Experience in industrial construction projects (advantageous); * Experience in large-scale, multidisciplinary projects; * Experience in ATEX environments (advantageous); * Proficiency in MS Office; * Good command of Technical English. **Additional Information** Desired Profile: * Attention to detail; * Strong written and oral communication skills; * Problem-solving ability; * Critical thinking and impartiality in evaluating various situations; * Strong team management capability; * Discretion and professionalism.
