Work with modern AI technologies and a team committed to innovation **Join Axians**, where innovation thrives on trust and autonomy, and where every challenge is an opportunity to create technology with impact. **What We Are Looking For** We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) Consultant with a strong background in Oracle Hyperion Planning and public sector budgeting, specifically focused on state financial planning. **What You Will Do on a Daily Basis** * Requirement analysis and design to support EPM project * Responsible for the design and implementation of budget data models and reporting * Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and engage with stakeholders * Responsible for the implementation of project requirements * Design of use cases and acceptance criteria and support UAT * Prepare technical documents, users manuals and training materials * Deliver presentations and workshops to guide end\-users and stakeholders through system functionality * Support project management and ensure delivery outputs * Knowledge of relevant state planning regulations and sustainability practices is a plus **Your Key Skills** Technology: * Hyperion Planning 11 * Oracle Data Integrator (ODI) Personal skillset: * Able to work in close collaboration * Cross location teams (be able to work with teams in multiple locations – off\-shore) * Challenging but adaptable mindset (needs to understand that not everything can be changed and needs to adapt to what cannot be changed) Other: * Availability to travel to Africa * English level (C1 preferential) **Why Join Us** * Opportunity to shape the future of a company undergoing deep transformation. * High visibility and direct influence on executive decision\-making. * Work with modern AI technologies and a team committed to innovation. * Competitive compensation and growth opportunities.
