Job Summary: PMT – Project Coordination and Management is seeking a Safety Technician (m/f) with proven experience in railway construction projects to join a strong and collaborative team. Involvement in challenging projects of high technical quality PMT – Project Coordination and Management is expanding its team by integrating a Safety Technician (m/f) with proven experience in railway construction projects. Required Profile: Certified Occupational Safety Technician; Minimum 2 years of experience as a Site Safety Coordinator or in performing technical occupational safety activities. Must possess Railway Safety training – SF1\. Desirable Competencies: Strong sense of responsibility, rigor, and professional ethics; Technical rigor and attention to detail in executing and controlling on-site activities; Solid knowledge of national Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) legislation and application of preventive measures in construction contexts; Experience in daily site supervision, including risk identification, implementation of corrective actions, and promotion of good safety practices; Ability to develop and monitor safety and health plans, non-conformance reports, and risk analyses; Strong communication skills and ability to train/raise awareness among operational teams regarding compliance with HSE/OHS standards; Proficiency in IT tools such as MS Office, AutoCAD, and MS Project; Proactivity, critical thinking, and decision-making capability in on-site environments.
