We seek a person with excellent communication and leadership skills, capable of significantly contributing to creating a safer and healthier workplace while promoting a safety culture across the entire organization. **Responsibilities \- Your Mission** * **Safety Management:** Ensure implementation and maintenance of occupational health and safety management systems; * **Worksite Visits:** Conduct regular visits to worksites, including construction sites and yards, to monitor safety conditions; * **Risk Assessment:** Identify hazards, assess and control occupational risks, proposing preventive and corrective measures; * **Document Management:** Manage all occupational health and safety documentation, ensuring its updating and compliance; * **Training:** Identify training needs, prepare and deliver HSST training sessions; * **Safety Plans:** Prepare and validate Safety and Health Plans for construction projects and activities; * **Incident Investigation:** Support investigation of work accidents and incidents, proposing corrective actions; * **Continuous Improvement:** Propose and implement improvement plans to strengthen the Group’s safety culture; * **Supplier Management:** Ensure contact with suppliers and service providers in the field of safety; * **Standardization of Procedures:** Develop and standardize procedures, methodologies, and safe work instructions; * **Compliance:** Ensure compliance with applicable legal obligations, internal and external regulations. **Qualifications** ----------------- **Academic Qualifications:** * Pre\-Bologna Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree in Engineering or related field; * CAP for Senior Occupational Safety Technician (Level VI) (mandatory); * CAP for Trainer (mandatory); * Experience in yard environments (preferred). **Technical Competencies:** * Basic knowledge of ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001 standards; * In\-depth knowledge of applicable OHS legislation; * Knowledge or training in verification of work equipment (per Decree\-Law 50/2005\); * Proficiency in computer tools. **Behavioral Competencies:** * Excellent communication and teamwork skills; * Strong organizational and priority management skills; * Resilience and adaptability; * Proactivity and sense of responsibility; * Leadership and influence capabilities; **Additional Information** ------------------------ **What We Offer:** * Full\-time employment; * Integration into a company committed to ecological transformation; * Challenging projects with real environmental impact; * A dynamic and collaborative work environment; * Professional development and growth opportunities. **Location:** Cascais **Contract Type:** Indefinite\-Term Contract **Become an Agent of Ecological Transformation!
