With broader and higher\-value offerings, our asset management and maintenance services for our clients\' physical assets—across all lifecycle stages—incorporate solutions aimed at optimizing operational performance and cost efficiency, as well as energy, water, and carbon efficiency. **Job Description:** The candidate will be responsible for planning and monitoring specialized HVAC services activities under the contract(s) assigned to them, particularly engineering, management, customer service, and operations services. Key responsibilities include: * Management of maintenance projects and contracts; * Management of technical maintenance teams; * Management of daily work and task organization; * Direct client contact. **Job Requirements and Competency Profile:** * Bachelor\'s degree in Mechanical Engineering; * Registration with the Portuguese Order of Engineers (OE) or the Order of Technical Engineers (OET), College of Mechanics (mandatory); * Minimum two years\' professional experience in managing mechanical installation contracts; * Experience in maintenance contract management is an advantage; * Proficiency in AutoCAD; * Ability to prepare construction works; * Computer literacy, especially MS Project and SAP software (preferred); * Experience leading operational teams; * Strong communication, teamwork, and leadership skills; * Commitment, rigor, and reliability; * Valid driver\'s license for light vehicles (preferred); * Willingness to travel nationwide; * Availability and flexibility regarding working hours. **We Offer:** * Specialized support during the *onboarding* process; * Opportunity for learning and professional training; * Integration into a business group with strong national and international recognition. **Location:** Lisbon
