Coordinate technical planning, production control, and cost management for assigned projects. Ensure strict compliance with applicable safety, environmental, and labor legislation. Act as a strategic interlocutor between the company and the client, ensuring smooth and effective communication. Required Profile Higher education degree in Civil Engineering, with active registration in the respective Professional Association. Professional experience exceeding 8 years in civil construction or internal promotion history. Proven experience in construction project management, with solid knowledge of planning and cost management. Proficiency in computer tools, notably Office, AutoCAD, and MS Project (knowledge of PHC or CCS will be an advantage). Strong leadership, organizational, and negotiation skills.
