Job Description * Perform administrative tasks in accordance with internal rules and procedures to support the day-to-day operationalization of construction project management processes; * Organize and archive relevant documentation (contracts, invoices, measurement certificates, permits, etc.); * Record and monitor worker attendance; * Manage contracts, hires, and terminations in coordination with the HR department; * Monitor material and equipment entries and exits; * Place orders and manage office supplies and site consumables inventory. Technical Profile * Level 4 qualification (12th grade) in technical support for management, administrative management, human resources, accounting, or occupational health and safety within a construction context; * With or without experience in construction site supervision—we value attitude and willingness to learn; * User-level computer skills; * Availability to work anywhere in the country.
