Integration into a corporate group with strong recognition **Maintenance Manager (M/F/D) \- Lisbon** Mota-Engil ATIV provides asset management and maintenance services for its clients' physical assets across all lifecycle stages, integrating solutions to optimize operational performance and cost efficiency, as well as energy, water, and carbon efficiency. The candidate to be recruited must be capable of planning, directing, and monitoring operational activities under the facilities contract in the Greater Lisbon area, assuming responsibility for, among others: engineering services; facility/equipment management and maintenance; and management of a multidisciplinary technical team. The candidate must also ensure close and continuous client support, in accordance with senior management guidelines and established procedures, to guarantee compliance with agreed service levels and to promote client satisfaction and subsequent loyalty. **Job Requirements and Competency Profile:** * Higher education degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering; * Registration with the Portuguese Order of Engineers or the Order of Technical Engineers (preferred); * Minimum of 5 years’ professional experience in *Facility Management* contract management; * Proficiency in maintenance management software; * SAP knowledge is considered an advantage; * Basic knowledge of labor legislation; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools; * Initiative and proactivity; * Leadership ability; * Customer focus and *networking*. **We Offer:** * Specialized support during the *onboarding* process; * Opportunities for professional learning and training; * Integration into a corporate group with strong national and international recognition. **Work Location:** Lisbon.
