Contribute to security and reliability across all environments. **Role** Application Support – Java / C\# **About the Role** We are looking for an Application Support professional with experience in Java or C\#, responsible for automating deployment processes, application configuration, and business support. You will play a central role in maintaining IaaS applications, ensuring efficiency, security, and reliability across all environments (UAT, Pre-production, and Production). **Responsibilities** * Automate deployment and configuration processes to improve application efficiency, consistency, and reliability * Configure and install applications in the UAT environment * Coordinate application configuration and installation in Pre-production and Production environments * Support the business regarding new requirements * Perform impact analyses of change requests, validate them with the technical leader, and coordinate with infrastructure teams * Participate in mandatory infrastructure activities (DR tests, Backup Restore, Certificate renewals), coordinating with infrastructure teams and testing changes * Develop and execute test plans to validate changes * Ensure compliance with security standards, internal controls, and data privacy requirements * Contribute to preparing weekly business meetings * Conduct capacity management and planning * Identify and implement FinOps activities to optimize infrastructure costs * Provide support during critical periods, including weekend coverage (up to twice per year) **Mandatory Requirements** * Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technologies, or related field * Minimum 3 years’ experience in maintaining IaaS applications * Experience in software configuration and installation (eFrame – CleverSoft editor preferred) * Solid knowledge of cloud platforms, especially Azure * Experience in Shell scripting * Experience in C\# or Java development * Understanding of security constraints and best practices in development and deployment * Knowledge of SQL Server / MongoDB * Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and automation tools (preferred) **Preferred Requirements** * Experience in hybrid and cloud environments * Experience with deployment automation * Experience in testing and validating changes **Location** * Lisbon **Work Model** * Hybrid
