This is an opportunity for individuals who enjoy working in global environments, collaborating with diverse teams, and generating real impact. **Required Skills and Experience** * Professional experience as a Workday Analyst or HRIS Analyst, preferably within international or multinational contexts. * Experience in maintenance, support, and evolution of the Workday platform. * Solid knowledge of Workday HCM, with exposure to other modules such as Time Management, Recruitment, and Expenses. * Experience handling Service Requests and Change Requests, ensuring SLA compliance. * Experience conducting data audits, maintaining master data, performing bulk updates, and ensuring data quality and integrity. * Reporting skills, including report creation, calculated fields, and dashboards (preferred). * Experience with bulk data loads via EIBs. * Ability to support and resolve Level 1 support tickets. * Experience modifying workflows and implementing functional system improvements. * End-to-end user support throughout the professional lifecycle. * Strong spoken and written English proficiency. **Additional Details** ------------------- * Strong sense of responsibility, proactivity, and autonomy * Good analytical, organizational, and detail-oriented skills * Effective communication skills and enthusiasm for collaborative work * Focus on internal customers and continuous process improvement * Ability to adapt to global and multicultural environments
