Target Profiles: * AS400 PROGRAMMER: Requirements: More than 5 years of experience in midrange IBM system development, specifically AS400, i5, IBM\-i. Design of relational data models. SQL language with focus on DB2 for i variant. DDS file and screen definition language. CL and CLLE programming languages. RPG programming language, variants RPG3, RPGLE, and RPGFree. English B2\. Location: Hybrid \- Carcavelos * DATABASE ADMINISTRATOR: Requirements: Over 10 years of experience in database administration (SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL) and at least 3 years within public sector organizations with more than 1,000 employees. Mandatory knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle, MariaDB, Postgres, MySQL, PowerShell, and Linux systems. Mandatory certification: Microsoft Certified: Azure Database Administrator Associate. Completion of at least 3 specific Microsoft courses (MS\-20765, MS\-20764C, MS\-55069, or MS55144\). English C1\. Location: Hybrid \- Almada * FUNCTIONAL TESTER: Requirements: \+3 years of experience. Experience in manual functional testing. Experience in SQL. Location: Remote (Portugal) * UX/UI DESIGNER: Requirements: More than 2 years of experience in the role. Experience with design software and graphic editing tools (Photoshop, Lightroom, InDesign, Illustrator, Adobe Creative Cloud). Experience in UX/UI (e.g., Accessibility, Design Methodologies and Methods, Design Systems and UX, Figma), video editing software (e.g., After Effects, Premiere Pro), and motion graphics. Advanced English (mandatory). Location: Hybrid \- Lisbon * DESIGN SYSTEM: Requirements: More than 2 years of experience in the role. Experience in branding & branding libraries (mandatory). Experience with design software and graphic editing tools (Photoshop, Lightroom, InDesign, Illustrator, Adobe Creative Cloud). Experience in UX/UI (e.g., Accessibility, Design Methodologies and Methods, Design Systems and UX, Figma), video editing software (e.g., After Effects, Premiere Pro), and motion graphics. Advanced English (mandatory). Location: Hybrid \- Lisbon * ILLUSTRATION AND ANIMATION DESIGNER: Requirements: More than 2 years of experience in the role. Experience with video editing and animation software (mandatory). Experience with design software and graphic editing tools (Photoshop, Lightroom, InDesign, Illustrator, Adobe Creative Cloud). Experience in UX/UI (e.g., Accessibility, Design Methodologies and Methods, Design Systems and UX, Figma), video editing software (e.g., After Effects, Premiere Pro), and motion graphics. Advanced English (mandatory). Location: Hybrid \- Lisbon * FUNCTIONAL ANALYST: Requirements: 5 years of experience. Experience in SQL, user stories or use cases, and data modeling. Knowledge of technical analysis, feature files, and agile methodologies. Experience in web system analysis (Java, C\#). Location: Remote (Portugal) * JAVA WEB ARCHITECT: Requirements: \+5 years of experience. Java EE; CDI; EJB; JPA/Hibernate; JSF/Primefaces; JMS; SQL. Linux knowledge.
