That’s why we work closely with our clients and continuously invest in the growth of our teams. **WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR** We are looking for a Automation QA Engineer. **Working model:** Hybrid (Lisbon) **Languages:** English B2\+ (mandatory) **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES** An Automation QA Engineer is responsible for ensuring software quality through the design, development, and execution of automated test and manual tests. The role focuses on validating functional and non\-functional requirements, improving test efficiency, and enabling continuous quality across the delivery lifecycle. The QA collaborates closely with developers, business analysts, and DevOps teams to design robust test frameworks, identify defects early, and ensure scalable, reliable, and high\-performing applications. The role includes performance testing activities (mandatory) and contributes to AI\-driven testing approaches to optimize test coverage and efficiency. **QUALIFICATIONS** * Strong experience with JMeter (mandatory) * Ability to design performance tests based on NFRs (e.g., load, stress) * Execution and analysis of performance test results, including bottleneck identification * Experience using AI\-driven testing techniques (e.g., test case generation, optimization, defect prediction) * Familiarity with AI\-assisted tools to improve test efficiency and coverage * Test case creation \& execution (manual testing) * Test automation design, development, and execution * Experience with automation frameworks (UI \- Selenium, API \- Newman) * Functional, regression, and exploratory testing * Defect management and reporting * Requirements analysis and traceability * Test documentation and reporting * Penetration testing concepts (Nice tohave) * Bachelor \+ Master \+ 2 years of relevant experience OR Bachelor \+ 5 years of relevant experience * ISTQB Certification or similar Localização do trabalho: Trabalho remoto híbrido em Lisboa
