You will play an essential role in keeping the platform's user base safe, protected, and actively connected. ### **Primary Duties** You will maintain platform safety and deliver top\-tier user assistance by handling the following: * **Direct Support:** Assist Russian\-fluent users via live chat and email to resolve issues involving account restoration, privacy settings, and general platform functionality. * **Technical Troubleshooting:** Diagnose and fix application issues to guarantee a smooth user journey. * **Policy Education:** Inform users about community terms and security protocols to help cultivate a safe, welcoming digital space. * **Operational Goals:** Meet daily quality and efficiency targets while remaining helpful, composed, and professional. ### **Qualifications \& Requirements** We prioritize drive and team fit over prior technical expertise.
