Opportunity for learning and growth in a positive environment #### **Your Responsibilities** We count on you to: * Support the store manager in operational management and team leadership; * Ensure compliance with operational procedures: safety and food safety; stock management, ordering, restocking, and proper organization; * Serve customers and suppliers; * Collaborate with management in monitoring and motivating the team, conducting operational or management briefings; * Welcome and onboard new employees, ensuring their training; * Assist management with administrative procedures related to human resources management. #### **Your Profile** We seek Shift Managers passionate about operational management and ready to roll up their sleeves and lead teams. Here, you can leverage your experience managing shifts (preferably in Quick Service Restaurants) and your ability to manage home delivery operations. Flexibility for rotating shifts and weekends is essential. In this role, you must ensure each shift delivers the best product with the right team. We need your optimism, resilience, and proactivity. Daily achievement of business results and KPIs is required. A results-oriented mindset, problem-solving skills, and strong communication will help\-you deliver a successful shift.
