Job Summary: Exportech Portugal is seeking a candidate to strengthen its Logistics team, assuming responsibilities in warehouse management, goods receipt/shipment, order dispatch, customer service, and administrative logistics management. Constant challenges Exportech Portugal operates in two complementary business segments: Distribution of Electronic Security Solutions, representing approximately 20 global manufacturers and serving around 1,500 customers; and a specialized business area featuring an Engineering Team composed of software programmers and designers for developing engineering solutions. We aim to reinforce our Logistics Team by hiring a candidate who will assume the following responsibilities: 1\. Warehouse management; 2\. Goods receipt and dispatch; 3\. Daily dispatch of customer orders; 4\. Customer service; 5\. Rearrangement of storage areas and overall warehouse layout; 6\. Administrative management of logistics processes; Who we are looking for: \- Education level: 12th grade; \- Experience with invoicing/ERP software; \- Minimum 2 years of experience in similar roles; \- Thorough understanding of logistics processes involved in goods dispatch/receipt; \- Strong oral and written communication skills; \- Good customer interaction skills; \- English proficiency preferred; \- Valid driver's license for light vehicles as a decisive factor; We offer constant challenges, integration into an extremely dynamic team, and a competitive, evolving, and motivating work environment.
