Consultation with suppliers and subcontractors and analysis of proposals JOB DESCRIPTION We are seeking an experienced Estimating Engineer / Technical Studies and Proposals Specialist to reinforce our team. The candidate will be responsible for preparing technical and economic proposals for public tenders or private clients, with particular emphasis on the railway sector, but also including road and civil construction. Main Responsibilities: Analysis of tender documents, tender programs, and execution projects. Consultation with suppliers and subcontractors; technical and economic analysis of proposals; preparation of comparative tables. Preparation of measurements, quantity take-offs, and cost estimates. Preparation of technical proposals, including descriptive reports, construction methodologies, and construction planning. REQUIREMENTS Desired Profile: Education: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Civil Engineering or another relevant higher education qualification. Experience: Minimum of 3 years in estimating and proposal preparation roles; experience in railway construction projects is preferred but not exclusive. Technical Knowledge: Proficiency in the estimating software CANDY CCS (preferred). Proficiency in AutoCAD (reading and editing drawing documents). Proficiency in MS Project (construction planning). User-level proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, etc.). Competencies: Analytical rigor, organizational ability, teamwork, and strong technical communication skills.
