Preparation of budgets and commercial proposals Supplier inquiries and preparation of budgeting sheets Creation of 2D/3D drawings On-site measurement and quantity surveying for production/manufacturing Monitoring of outcomes for budgeted projects and construction works Academic Qualifications 12th Grade (mandatory) Bachelor’s degree or Higher Technician qualification in Drafting, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related fields Specific courses or certifications in budgeting and quantity surveying Professional Experience Professional experience in technical drawing and construction budgeting Prior experience in construction, rehabilitation, or civil engineering environments Knowledge of quantity measurement and surveying for construction budgets (non-disqualifying factors) Technical Skills Proficiency in drafting software (AutoCAD, Excel, and Project) Ability to perform detailed measurements and quantify materials and services Reading and interpretation of technical drawings and documents Communication Skills Proficiency in English and knowledge of French Ability to communicate clearly and precisely with clients, suppliers, and site teams Professional presentation, and organization of budgeting reports and documents Attention to detail High level of accuracy in measurement and budget preparation Ability to identify errors or inconsistencies in drawings or budgets Organization and Time Management Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet strict deadlines Organized management of documentation, drawings, and budgets Knowledge of Standards and Legislation Familiarity with technical standards and regulations applicable to the construction and budgeting sector Other Requirements Ability to work independently and/or as part of a team Willingness to travel (if required) Initiative and proactivity Residence in the area (Azambuja, Cartaxo, Alenquer) Offer Join a solid and reputable company in the market, with a dynamic and diverse team Specific training and continuous mentoring Remuneration commensurate with the role and demonstrated experience
