We are pleased to announce that we are currently seeking a **Planning Lead** to join our team. **Reports to**: Regional Planning Lead **Responsibilities:** * Develop bid programmes to support and compliment bid submissions * Develop, maintain and review detailed master construction programmes and project controls procedures for live projects * Work with Project Directors and site teams to develop and maintain effective Project Planning Strategies and Programmes * Prepare and present progress reviews to senior management * Business development activities with new clients * Liaise with stakeholders to review progress of projects, supporting risk identification and proactive problem solving * Create and maintain schedules for the pre\-construction, construction, and commissioning phases of specific projects as requested * Establish and maintain project schedule resource requirements across all projects * Develop and Communicate tools for the effective target completion of project goals * Provide performance updates / reports for identification of variances and corrective actions * Planning representative in Client \& Subcontractor meetings * Develop and coach the members of the planning team across projects and prioritise workloads, delegate appropriately and be an effective role model. **Requirements*** Degree in Engineering / Construction Management required * 7\+ years relevant experience in the construction industry, preferably main contractor experience * Experienced in programming software and BIM \- Asta Powerproject and Primavera P6 preferred * Demonstrable experience in large\-scale environments (project values €50 m \+) * Excellent organisational, communication, people and time management skills * The ability to build robust relationships with clients, consultants, and suppliers **Benefits** * Opportunity to work with a Market Leader in the Data centre Industry * Supportive career development * Competitive salary package * Collaborative team environment * Pipeline of project growth ***Winthrop Technologies Ltd are an equal opportunities employer***
