Versatile profile: administrative work and on-site presence ABOUT THE ROLE A company in the cleaning services sector is looking for a Team Supervisor to coordinate and supervise cleaning teams across various locations in the Lisbon area. The role combines administrative management skills with on-site presence and supervision. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Coordination and supervision of cleaning teams across multiple locations Planning and management of specific cleaning schedules Ensuring service quality and direct client relationship management Attendance control, time tracking management, and coordination of staff substitutions Onboarding and initial training of new employees Cleaning supplies control, ensuring proper usage and order management Autonomous management of on-site unexpected situations Preparation of reports, service maps, and reporting to overall supervision CANDIDATE PROFILE Requirements: Experience in administrative roles and/or operational supervision Driver’s license (Category B) — mandatory, with availability for travel Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Leadership and team management capabilities Proactivity, sense of responsibility, and results orientation Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously Strong interpersonal communication skills and professional demeanor when interacting with clients Versatile profile: comfort working both administratively and on-site Full-time position Competitive remuneration commensurate with the role Work location: On-site
