What You’ll Do * Administer physical and virtual systems in mission-critical environments * Manage virtualization environments (**VMware and/or Hyper-V**) * Administer **storage (SAN/NAS), backup, and disaster recovery (DR)** * Resolve complex incidents (**L2/L3**) ensuring availability and performance * Participate in infrastructure projects (**datacenter + cloud**) * Manage networks (VLANs, routing, connectivity) and perimeter security solutions * Implement and provide end-to-end support for infrastructure solutions What You’ll Need Requirements Mandatory * 5–8+ years of experience in IT infrastructure * Solid experience in: + **VMware vSphere (ESXi, vCenter, HA/DRS) and/or Hyper-V** + **Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, GPO** + **SAN/NAS storage and backup solutions** * **Strong knowledge of perimeter security solutions (firewalls, VPNs, IDS/IPS), including installation, maintenance, and analysis** * Networking knowledge (VLANs, routing) * Experience in mission-critical environments * English proficiency at B1 level or higher Preferred * Veeam, Avamar, DataDomain * Firewalls: Cisco, Palo Alto, Checkpoint, Fortinet * **Dell EMC** equipment * PowerShell, Azure / M365 In return for your commitment… At Ricoh, we believe work should be meaningful, supported, and fulfilling.
