To support our projects, we are recruiting a: **Site Manager (m/f/d)** **Permanent Contract – Lisbon** Your main responsibilities will be: **Preparation and Planning** * In collaboration with your supervisor and the design office, you define construction solutions and work methods, * You optimize resource utilization to meet set objectives, * You prepare, communicate, and monitor the roadmap for team leaders and workforce reports. **Work Management and Supervision** * You lead and motivate production teams, supported by team leaders, and ensure on-the-job training for all production staff, * You manage inventory, material orders, and equipment procurement, * You coordinate relations with subcontractors and suppliers (co-activity, crane lending, delivery schedules, storage, etc). **Quality and Safety** * You ensure adherence to safety rules and on-the-job safety training, * You verify the existence of driving authorizations and certifications, and ensure proper installation of work and protective equipment, * You conduct or delegate regular inspections of works to guarantee their quality and compliance. **Your Profile** ---------------- **What we expect from you:** You hold a vocational qualification (e.g., professional baccalaureate) in construction and have at least five years’ significant experience as a team leader and/or assistant site manager. You speak Portuguese fluently, both orally and in writing, to interact effectively with our local teams and partners. You possess knowledge of the Portuguese construction market. You are recognized for your rigor, autonomy, and sense of responsibility.
