You will collaborate closely with business stakeholders, developers, architects, and Workday specialists to deliver automation initiatives that drive measurable value. **Together we do what matters.** **Key Responsibilities:** * Develop and deploy AI automation workflows using enterprise\-grade tools and frameworks such as Agentic AI. * Integrate automation with Azure services, including Azure Functions, API Management (APIM), and Service Bus, ensuring scalability and security. * Collaborate with AI engineers and delivery teams to align automation solutions with organizational objectives and technical standards. * Implement orchestration and monitoring for automated processes, ensuring reliability and compliance with internal governance. * Contribute to the AI Factory initiative, focusing on reusable components and standardized patterns for automation across projects. Qualification * Curiosity about AI\-enhanced automation and emerging digital technologies (Automation Anywhere); * Proficiency in programming or scripting languages (Blue Prism); * Familiarity with RPA platforms (e.g., UIPath, Microsoft Power Automate Cloud Flows, Microsoft Power Automate for Desktop); * Strong analytical and problem\-solving abilities with attention to detail; * Clear communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in dynamic, cross\-functional teams; * Familiarity with Azure, AWS, or GCP for AI deployment. * Portuguese \& English speaker.
