




Job Summary: We are seeking a Data Quality Intern to strengthen information quality, organization, and compliance, ensuring reliable and consistent data for decision-making. Key Highlights: 1. Opportunity to develop competencies in the data domain. **Project Justification:** We are reinforcing our Data and Technologies area by integrating a Data Quality Intern. This role will play a central part in strengthening the Association’s information quality, organization, and compliance, ensuring that data supporting decisions is reliable, consistent, and structured. We seek a detail-oriented, rigorous, and eager-to-learn individual who wishes to actively contribute to the continuous improvement of data management processes and to the consolidation of our Data and Technologies area. The selected candidate will join the team, collaborating directly with the Data Intelligence Manager and the Data and Technologies Coordinator, participating in activities with real impact on organizational operations. **Competency Profile:** **Technical Competencies:** * Higher education degree in Social Sciences, Information Management, or related fields; * Proficiency in Excel; * Familiarity with data visualization tools (preferred); * Interest in data management, data quality, and information analysis; * Basic knowledge of databases or information systems (preferred). **Behavioral Competencies:** * Rigor and attention to detail; * Strong organizational skills; * Analytical and critical thinking; * Effective communication and collaborative work abilities; * Willingness to learn and develop competencies in the data domain; * Sense of responsibility and confidentiality in information handling. **Objectives to Achieve:** * Contribute to the production and organization of relevant information supporting decision-making processes; * Reinforce data quality, consistency, and compliance in stored data, promoting more efficient and structured database management within the Association; * Support the digitalization and organization of information, contributing to its modernization and accessibility. **Description of Activities to be Performed:** **Support donation management in the CRM:** * Collaborate in analyzing monetary and in-kind donation entries received through various fundraising channels; * Monitor requests for reclassification and reissuance of monetary and in-kind donations; * Ensure accurate updating and recording of transactions in the Association’s CRM. **Support data quality management:** * Contribute to verifying data quality across the Association’s databases; * Identify and flag inconsistencies, duplications, or gaps in recorded information; * Participate in periodic audits and data quality improvement initiatives across the Association’s databases. **Support data compliance and governance management:** * Collaborate with the Data Intelligence Manager in implementing and monitoring data governance policies, standards, and best practices; * Support promotion of information quality, integrity, and compliance, ensuring adherence to internal guidelines and applicable legal requirements (e.g., data protection); * Participate in the classification, organization, and digitalization of the Association’s information, considering data criticality, sensitivity, and confidentiality levels; * Contribute to structuring and improving information management processes, promoting greater consistency, accessibility, and reliability of data. **Data Processing, Analysis, and Visualization:** * Contribute to data segmentation for donor acquisition and retention campaigns; * Participate in creating reports and dashboards for tracking results in the CRM; * Collaborate in defining and monitoring key metrics to support decision-making. * Perform data entry, validation, and cleansing tasks in the Association’s CRM.
