Ensure data quality, consistency, and integrity At WINNING CONSULTING, we are looking for a **Data Architect** to join our teams in Lisbon *(Hybrid).* **MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS** * Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent; * Minimum 10 years of experience in relational database modeling; * Minimum 10 years of experience in specification and implementation of Data Warehouse systems; * Minimum 5 years of experience in specification and implementation of unstructured and semi\-structured information systems; * Solid knowledge of data architecture and design of scalable data solutions; * Minimum 5 years of software development experience is highly valued; * Experience with data technologies such as Kafka, MongoDB, and Spark is highly valued; * Experience with code versioning systems such as Git, as well as Continuous Integration (CI) and Continuous Delivery (CD) practices is highly valued; * Experience with agile methodologies such as Scrum, Kanban, or similar is highly valued; * Fluency in English, both spoken and written, preferably in an international context, is highly valued; **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES** **Data Architecture:*** Define and evolve the organization's data architecture, ensuring scalability, performance, and reliability; * Design data models aligned with business needs and systems; * Define standards, best practices, and guidelines for data management and usage; **Data Platforms \& Engineering Alignment:*** Collaborate with data engineering and development teams on the implementation of data solutions; * Ensure integration across different systems and data sources; * Support technology-related decisions concerning data platforms and tools; **Data Governance \& Quality:*** Ensure data quality, consistency, and integrity throughout its lifecycle; * Define data governance policies and best practices for data usage; * Ensure compliance with data security and privacy requirements; **Innovation \& Continuous Improvement:*** Monitor trends and best practices in the data and analytics domain; * Identify opportunities for improvement and optimization of data architecture and processes; * Promote adoption of new technologies and approaches that enhance data efficiency and value. **Who Are We?** Winning Consulting is a consulting firm offering services in consulting, training, recruitment, and research.
