Strong team spirit and sense of responsibility The **LUMEN HOTEL \& THE LISBON LIGHT SHOW**, a 4-star hotel located in Picoas, is recruiting for: Receptionist (First and Second Shift) Profile, Responsibilities, and Details: * Proactivity and dynamism, with multitasking ability and strong time management skills, as well as a high degree of customer orientation, delivering differentiated and personalized service within an innovative concept * Flexible working hours, availability for the role, honesty, integrity, strong sense of responsibility, and excellent team spirit * Proficiency in user-level computer applications, Property Management Systems (PMS) such as Protel or similar, extranets, servers, and interfaces * Advanced proficiency in Portuguese, English, and Spanish; knowledge of additional languages—such as French, Italian, or German—is considered an advantage * Ability to comply with company operational standards and defined SOPs/KPIs * Proven experience in 4- or 5-star hotels * Preparation and execution of all reception-related services and associated departments, including individual and group check-ins/outs, telephone reception, concierge services, billing, guest welcoming, and internal/external reservation scheduling We Offer: * Competitive salary commensurate with role and demonstrated experience * Career-oriented project with growth prospects * Exceptional working conditions * Employment contract * Base salary and other role-related benefits Property Overview: * Accommodation: 147 rooms and 13 suites * F\&B Outlets \- Revenue Center: 2 restaurants, 2 bars, room service, banquets, minibars * Other facilities and spaces: Executive floor \& Executive Lounge, rooftop swimming pool, Business Corner, gym, garden, multipurpose rooms Type of Position: Full-time Experience: * Reception: 1 year (Mandatory) Language: * English (Mandatory) * Portuguese (Mandatory) Work Location: On-site
