This is an excellent opportunity to start in an operational role with real potential for internal advancement. **Main Responsibilities (initial phase):** * Packaging and weighing of whole-bean and ground coffee * Preparing orders for customers (B2B and B2C) * Labeling and quality control * Organizing and cleaning the workplace * General warehouse support **Role Evolution (internal growth):** With training and experience, potential progression to: * Coffee roasting operator * Drip coffee production operator (sachets / single-serve filters) * Production and packaging supervisor **Requirements:** * Responsibility and punctuality * Good physical condition (role involves some manual handling) * Attention to detail and precision * Ability to work in a team * Prior warehouse or production experience (preferred but not mandatory) **Conditions:** * Fixed schedule (5/2 or shifts to be defined) * Competitive remuneration based on role and experience * Overtime pay when applicable * Internal training and growth plan **We Offer:** * Stability in a growing company in the specialty coffee sector * Practical training in coffee roasting and production * Real professional development opportunities * Organized and dynamic work environment **Location:** Casal de Cambra Please send your CV or contact us directly Job Type: Full-time Compensation: €1,200.00 per month Work Location: On-site
