




**The Baker must be able to:** * **Prepare doughs**: * Prepare bread doughs following product specifications and traditional and/or company-specific techniques. * Control fermentation and resting times. * **Bake products**: * Operate ovens and other baking equipment. * Ensure proper baking of products, adhering to the company's quality standards. * **Quality control**: * Daily check ingredient and finished product quality. * Ensure compliance with food hygiene and safety regulations (HACCP). * **Organize and clean the work area**: * Keep the production area clean and organized. * Ensure proper maintenance of tools and equipment. * **Work in a team**: * Collaborate with bakery and counter colleagues to ensure smooth daily production operations. * Participate in developing new products or improving existing ones. * **Adhere to schedules**: * Follow production schedules. * Ensure timely delivery of products for public sale.
