We are looking for an experienced, autonomous, and field-oriented Senior Occupational Safety Technician to join our team and play a decisive role in maintaining and evolving our ISO 45001 Occupational Health and Safety Management System. If you seek a challenge where you can make a difference and actively contribute to building a robust safety culture, this opportunity is for you. #### **Main Responsibilities** * Ensure compliance with legal requirements regarding Occupational Health and Safety; * Implement, monitor, and improve the OHS Management System (ISO 45001\); * Conduct risk assessments and ensure the respective documentation remains up to date; * Investigate accidents and incidents and define corrective and preventive actions; * Plan and conduct internal audits; * Participate in external audits; * Promote Occupational Health and Safety training and awareness initiatives; * Support the implementation of preventive measures on-site; * Collaborate in preparing Integrated Management System audits; * Coordinate emergency response management, including conducting drills; * Work closely with various departments across the company to foster a culture of prevention and continuous improvement. #### **Mandatory Requirements** * Valid CAP (Professional Certification) for Senior Occupational Safety Technician (Level VI); * Minimum 5 years’ experience in Occupational Health and Safety within an industrial environment; * Solid knowledge of national and European OHS legislation; * Experience implementing and maintaining ISO 45001; * Experience conducting risk assessments; * Experience investigating accidents and incidents; * Experience in internal and external audits; * Experience in emergency response; * Knowledge of ergonomics; * Knowledge of ATEX, chemical agents, machinery, work equipment, and LOTO procedures; * Experience organizing and delivering training sessions; * Intermediate/advanced English proficiency. #### **Preferred Qualifications** * Knowledge of ISO 14001; * Knowledge of ISO 9001\.
