Job Description: Support financial control and performance analysis of group properties Prepare periodic financial reports (monthly and operational) Support budget preparation, forecasting, and variance analysis Support financial management related to owner-operated units (revenue distribution, common expense control, reporting) Collaborate with operational departments to monitor costs and optimize results Support monthly closing processes and accounting control Prepare analyses and information to support management decision-making Preparation of financial and operational dashboards in Power BI. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Management, Economics, Finance, Accounting, or related field Up to 2 years of experience in similar roles (controller, auditing, financial analysis, or accounting) Interest in or experience within the hospitality or tourism sector (preferred) Proficiency in Excel Knowledge of reporting tools or ERP systems (preferred) Familiarity with Power BI Analytical ability and attention to detail Strong organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines Team-oriented mindset and good communication skills If you want to launch or consolidate your career and be part of a growing project, we want to hear from you! **Requirements** :
