We seek someone with a strong interest in finance and management control who wishes to develop analytical skills and play an active role in monitoring business performance. Job Description: Support financial control and performance analysis of the group's properties Prepare periodic financial reports (monthly and operational) Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis Support financial management related to owner-operated units (revenue distribution, control of common expenses, reporting) Collaborate with operational departments to monitor costs and optimize results Support monthly closing processes and accounting control Prepare analyses and information to support management decision-making Preparation of financial and operational dashboards in Power BI. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Management, Economics, Finance, Accounting, or a related field Up to 2 years of experience in similar roles (controller, auditing, financial analysis, or accounting) Interest in or experience within the hospitality or tourism sector (preferred) Proficiency in Excel Knowledge of reporting tools or ERP systems (preferred) Familiarity with Power BI Analytical ability and attention to detail Strong organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines Team spirit and good communication skills If you wish to launch or consolidate your career and be part of a growing project, we want to speak with you! **Requirements** :
